Our policy lasts 7 working days. If 7 working days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges on defective or damaged items (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged for the same item. Your exchange will only be processed once your item(s) is received by us and inspected.
Exchanges for larger or smaller sizes (if applicable)
We will exchange for a smaller or a larger item excluding courier costs. Your exchange will only be processed once your item(s) is received by us and inspected. Dirty/worn/damaged garments not in its original packaging will not be exchanged
Garments will be delivered to you within 7 working days from receipt of your order & payment for shipments in South Africa.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
